These Conditions of Service apply to all services provided by CliniHair, including in-person consultations, remote consultations, follow-up consultations, and any related offerings.

1. Booking and Appointments

• Appointments must be booked in advance through our website, email, or phone.
• Clients are required to provide accurate contact and medical information when booking.
• CliniHair reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments for unforeseen reasons, with appropriate notice provided.

2. Payments

• Payment for consultations and services must be made as per the terms outlined during booking.
• CliniHair accepts payments via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or other methods as specified.
• Full payment or a deposit may be required to confirm your appointment.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations.
• Refunds will only be issued for cancellations made within the specified time frame.
• Failure to attend an appointment without notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit or payment.

4. Medical and Professional Advice

• Services provided by CliniHair are based on professional training and certification. However, results may vary between individuals.
• The client is responsible for following the care instructions provided during consultations or treatments.
• CliniHair is not liable for outcomes arising from failure to follow aftercare instructions.

5. Confidentiality

• All personal and medical information shared with CliniHair is handled in compliance with GDPR and our Privacy Policy.
• Your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

6. Service Changes

• CliniHair reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service, with reasonable notice provided to clients.
