CliniHair

Trichology comes from the greek word ‘trichos‘, meaning ‘hair‘ and the suffix ‘ology‘, which means ‘the study of’.

Trichology is the science that studies the structure, function and diseases of the human hair and scalp. Clinical trichology is the diagnosis and treatment of diseases and disorders of the human hair and scalp.

A Trichologist is a specialist who focuses on trichology, in other words, specializes on the study of diseases or problems related to the hair and scalp, as well as their treatments. These problems can include hair breakage, hair loss or thinning, chemical hair damage, baldness, itching scalp and psoriasis.
